Pedlar's Attic is a curated online shop tucked away in the Blue Ridge foothills of Virginia — a place where fantasy fashion, mystical jewelry, and one-of-a-kind graphic tees find their way to people who were meant to have them. Every piece in the Attic has a story. We're glad you found yours.

How do I contact you?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30, automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, then shipped via standard (5–8 business days) or expedited (3–7 business days) delivery. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

My order hasn't moved — what do I do?

Reach out to us at customer.service@pedlarsattic.com and we'll investigate. Lost or significantly delayed packages are something we take seriously and will work to resolve with you.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. As a curated dropship store, some items ship directly from our supplier partners. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — don't worry if one shows up before the other.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on select items. Contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible for your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What items can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry and certain intimate items are non-returnable. Digital products and gift cards are also final sale.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't process direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we've got you covered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
