Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at [your email] and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry and certain intimate items are final sale. Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
