The pendulums came through individually — each stone wrapped in the particular care of something that has been handled often and deliberately, that has been in contact with intention long enough that the intention is part of the material now. Twelve stones in the bundle: amethyst for clarity of purpose, lapis lazuli for truth, tiger eye for grounded courage, opal for the liminal, black agate for protection, blue sand and gold sand for the specific frequencies of water and light. Each one a different conversation. Each one already asking its question before Chelle had finished unwrapping it.
