This one came off the loom on a morning when the light through the Attic's high windows was doing something unusual — splitting into colors that had no business being there, bending through the dust in the air like something was trying to show Chelle the full spectrum of a thing she already knew. She found the The Rootweave — Tree of Life Chakra Tapestry rolled and waiting by the door to the back room: 100% polyester, 40 x 150cm, the Tree of Life woven root to crown in full spectrum chakra color, each layer distinct and deliberate, smooth and substantial, the kind of fabric that hangs straight without needing to be coaxed. She unrolled it slowly on the oak table.

The color moved across it like something alive — not painted, woven. She ran her fingers along the surface and felt the texture of it, the way the threads held their color without bleeding into each other, each band true and separate. Root to crown. Red to violet. The full length of what connects the earth to the sky, rendered in thread by hands that understood what they were making.

Luna came in and stood at the other end of the table, looking at it from the roots up.

"It's a map," she said.

"Of what?" Chelle asked.

Luna thought about it for a moment. "Everything that's connected."

It went on the wall of the Attic that afternoon, in the long corridor between the display floor and the back room. Every person who walked past it slowed down. Most of them stopped. A few reached out to touch it — just once, just to feel whether it was as real as it looked.

It always was.
